Most of the cards contain the following text in 7 point type (very small) in the top or bottom margin:

Blank cards are marked with an (*) after the name.

Prices for 5 x 7 cards are $4 each, or 4 for $15. Square (5″ x 5″) cards are $3 each, or 4 for $10. Tax and shipping (via the post office) are included for orders inside the United States. Shipping overseas is extra. At this time I am unable to take orders in other currencies. Minimum order of four cards.
